Highways England is looking to set up a contract for provision of expert external advice to provide independent subject matter expert \(SME\) support to: - Review and outline the technical approaches to decision support tools - Assess the capabilities of commercially available products against Highways England's requirements - Engage with suppliers and the IAMIS team to support effective information management interfaces e\.g\. through an Application Programming Interface \(API\) or similar communication protocol - Identify and assess preferred options for procurement and configuration of a Structures Decision Support Tool - Support selection and implementation of a Structures Decision Support Tool
