Propman is an integral package unique to Commercial Properties which includes all aspects of commercial leases inclusive of the continuous changes & updates to commercial property leases\. The system is used for the calculation and charging of commercial rents and also stores all data held on commercial properties\. Commercial rents provide a huge source of income to the Council\.
