## Description

Lancaster University is seeking tenders under the terms of this ITT for a Consultant to deliver a report to inform the strategy and planning for Phase III of the Lancaster Health Innovation Campus \(HIC\)\. This shall comprise an 'Assessment of the Strategic Focus, Overarching Market Demand and Organisational Infrastructure for Phase III of the Lancaster Health Innovation Campus'\. The report which we are commissioning here will focus on HIC Phase III, and will necessarily align with HIC Phases I and II\. Phase III will be located on land adjacent to Phases I and II, and will be both physically and operationally connected not only to these buildings but also to the main University campus\. The total floor space for Phase III building\(s\) will be approximately 15,000 m2\.
