Highways Major Projects Stakeholder Engagement and Media Consultants

The Council has an extensive programme of Highway Works to the value of approximately £250m to be delivered over the next three years, incorporating projects spanning the West Yorkshire Transport Fund, Corridor Improvement Plans, Transforming Cities Fund, Active and Sustainable Travel and Major Route Network Improvements

As we near the point at which these exciting developments will begin to be publicised the Council is seeking to develop an integrated Communications Plan for local residents and interested parties, covering these projects and the exciting regeneration opportunities each bring to the District.

Therefore, the Council requires an experienced consultant(s) to help identify and engage stakeholders, throughout the development and delivery of an integrated Communication Plan for each project.

Initial commissions are: 1. Transforming Cities Fund 2. Bradford to Shipley Route Improvement Schemes 3. Smart Street Lighting
