Structural Works and Improvements to Various HRA Properties

During property inspections it was found that properties have been suffering from ​subsidence & require underpinning to help improve the structural stability of the properties. Where needed this has been carried out with the assistance of a Structural Engineer. Also due to the balcony collapse at Blackpool it was identified that we have similar balconies in YHN properties. These needed to be investigated to ensure that the structural stability of each balcony hasn't been compromised.
