## Description

Deliver a discovery phase and alpha phase to enable the build of a digital service for the Electric Vehicle Homecharge Scheme \(EVHS\)\. The scheme provides a grant towards the cost of installing an EV chargepoint in residential properties\. It is currently run by DVLA and processed manually\. The supplier will deliver a Discovery Phase in line with GDS criteria, DfT Architecture Standards & Principles including, not limited to: • discovery sessions with relevant stakeholders • user researchers to fully identify&scope out user needs • GDS Discovery documentation • recommendations/options for Alpha/Beta phases including solution design suggestions They will then deliver an Alpha Phase in line with GDS criteria and DfT Architecture Standards and Principles including, but not limited to: • alpha testing with relevant stakeholders • ensuring everyone can use the service • GDS Alpha documentation • Deciding whether to move on to beta
