Work description
The Regional Investment Programme (RIP) seeks to provide Commercial and Procurement support to its teams located across the network. For the past 6 months this support has been delivered at a programme level with targeted interventions, focussed on delivering best value and Highways England's Delivery Plan commitments in line with its core objectives. The focus of the required support is to be during the Development Phase of projects, from Options through to detailed design.
