EHRC 1617-16 Graphic Design Framework Agreement

The Commission intends to conclude a framework agreement with between 3-5 graphic designers. Thereafter the Commission would contract on an ad-hoc basis for specific projects from a ranked list. Please note that being party to the framework agreement is not a guarantee of work.
