## Description

The Contracting Authority is establishing a single provider "Manufacturer-led" framework to deliver small artificial grass pitches \(AGP\)\. The Provider will be required to design, supply and install AGP pitches and all associated works \(including enabling works for the provision of a modular changing room and/or accessible WC by others\) to provide a sports playing surface for children up to the age of 11\. The Contracting Authority will act as Funder for Applicants who will come from primarily public sector bodies such as schools and not for profit sports clubs\.
