TC207 - Collection, Disposal and Recycling of Street Cleansing and Bulky Waste

Manchester City Council is prepared to receive tenders for Collection, Disposal and Recycling of Street Cleansing and Bulky Waste. \r \r The Contract period will be for 3 years with the option to extend for upto an additional 1 year. It is intended for the contract to commence on 1 August, 2023\r \r The successful tenderer will be expected to receive waste and recycling collected by the City council or it's contractors at their licensed site. The successful tenderer will also be expected to collect waste such as large fly tips which may require a grab wagon or other large equipment to collect and transport. The successful tenderer is also expected to have an indoor area where dry recycling such as paper and card can be tipped.

Additional information: The Council is using the e-business portal known as the Chest. Applicants will need to register their details at the following link www.the-chest.org.uk. Applicants will need to electronically submit their completed tender documents, including online questionnaire, via the on-line portal by 11am on 3 April 2023.
