## Description

This Recommendation Report also seeks your approval for a variation to the Contract, which includes an uplift in Contract Value\. The MoD Financial approval for the original Contract was £750,000\.00 \(ex VAT\), however approval was only given until the end of 2019 financial year \(31 March 2020\)\. The Deloitte Contract value for 19 October 2019 to 31 March 2020 was £610,000\.00 \(ex VAT\)\. As the extension is in the new financial year, the MoD are unable to spend the outstanding £139,650\.00 \(ex VAT\) of the original Contract and so a variation with financial approval of £140,000\.00\.
