Legal Advice for DfT Development Arrangements with HS2 and EWR: This variation is being issued to extend the contract between the Authority and the Supplier\. The Terms and Conditions of the Contract as previously agreed and amended between the Authority and the Supplier will still apply but with the following amendments: - A further 33 days are to be added to the contract term, making the new expiry date 15th October 2021\.
