Black Country Framework Contract For Minor Works 2021-2023 Further Competition for Street Lighting Transformation Project Phase 2 (Lot 3) The contract will require the detailed design of 24,000 street lighting locations together with the procurement and installation of those units over a three-year period. A new lighting regime will offer the advantage of up to a 12-year warrantee on the lamps as well as electrical inspections of all 24,000 new LED lights. The deadline for submission of tender is 12 Noon 21st June 2023.
