## Description

Contract Award Notice The Combined Authority has appointed an external Consultant to carry out evaluation work in line with the Adult Skills Evaluation Framework\. Adult Skills is a key intervention in our social economy and will be for the foreseeable future\. It is therefore the intention to deliver a set of investigations and tools that were used for three \(3\) years of delivery data for adult skills provision\. This would allow for the design of a longitudinal evaluation of adult skills intervention in West Yorkshire\.
