Fire Alarms & Fire Safety Equipment Maintenance Tender

Futures Housing Group (FHG) seeks to appoint a suitably qualified and financially sound economic operator/s to provide a programme of Servicing & Repair Maintenance for our Fire Protection Equipment which includes Fire Extinguishers, Electronic Fire Alarms systems & other Fire Protection Equipment. The works required will be carried out within our community buildings, sheltered housing, FHG Offices and Trade Team Vehicles.The service requirement will be to carry out all servicing of electronic fire alarms systems together with a 24/7 maintenance response, with regular inspections of other fire protection equipment from across the group. The successful bidder will be required to work within our buildings and tenant's homes to a high standard. All works to be carried out to the latest UK standard BAFE certification or equivalent as a minimum requirement from any EU other state.
