Work description
Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council (BCP Council) seek tenders for the demolition of the existing block of 18 flats at Craven Court, and the construction of 24 new flats with associated vehicular access, parking and associated groundworks. Where site constraints do not allow full accreditation, Passiv Principles will be followed.
The scheme provides 100% affordable homes that will help contribute to the overall delivery of BCP's affordable housing target in the Borough.
Planning permission for the redevelopment of the Craven Court site was granted on 07 May 2021.
