Test Beds National Evaluation Delivery Partner

Contract awarded to appoint a national evaluation delivery partner organisation for the Test Bed Programme, to provide support, advice and quality assurance of the local evaluations, as well as developing a national evaluation framework that could be used for evaluating future innovations. The two (2) main deliverables for this work will be:

1. A national evaluation framework that can be used for future evaluation of digital innovations. This shall include the development of a set of minimum standards for the local Test Beds evaluations, and analysis and development of regular (quarterly) reports on the early results from all sites; and

2. Support, advice and quality assurance of the local evaluations, with a particular focus on ensuring the delivery of robust economic evaluations within each site.
