Work description
This tender relates to the Council's requirements in relation to the preparation of a heritage impact assessment on strategic site allocations for the emerging Local Plan Part 1 which will include taking account of the:
• Vision and Objectives, • Strategic Policies, • Place Based policies for Hereford and the Market Towns. These will set out the level of housing and employment for each urban area as well as requirements for other land uses including school places, care homes etc, • Rural settlement Hierarchy with proportional growth targets for each settlement.
A heritage impact assessment on the draft Regulation 18 Part 1 plan is required to identify potential impacts of strategic site allocations on heritage assets.
