## Description

Somerset County Council is looking to procure a contractor to develop a Somerset Wide Energy Plan over a period of 8-9 months\. This piece of work would be done on behalf of all Councils in Somerset including Mendip District Council, Sedgemoor District Council, South Somerset District Council and Somerset West and Taunton District Council\. All five Councils have declared a Climate and Ecological Emergency and have worked together to publish Somerset's Climate Emergency Strategy \(https://docs\.somerset\.gov\.uk/wl/?id=d527h7Pn0sXEUrwD4nh6d6H6Kd3BN9PE\)\.
