## Description

This is a large Homes England site located off Montague Street, Birmingham\. An asbestos refurbishment survey was undertaken in May 2023\. The report identified the presence of Asbestos Containing Materials \(ACM's\) exposed at the surface of the site\. The asbestos is required to be removed to address the risks of presence of ACM's at the surface to both authorized and unauthorized visitors to the site\.
