The purchaser is seeking a provider to support Rother District Council understand what emerging opportunities exist for economic and business growth in rural areas that can be deployed throughout environmental, and landscape protected areas\. This should consider the growing role of viticulture and what the future might be for this sector in Rother, the impact of Brexit on the rural labour market and knock on effect to the rural economy as well as an understanding of the hidden rural economy and impact of unregistered businesses\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
