## Description

BCC would like to completely refurbish the existing large Sutcliffe Playzone Multi-Climber at Dame Emily Park Play Area\. This climber was installed in 1996 and has huge play value\. To replace a Multiplay Unit of the same size would cost a great deal more\. So the decision has been made to completely refurbish this existing unit, prolonging the life by approx\. another 15-20 years\.
