This ITT is for a contract to deliver a stakeholder audit. Objectives Understand stakeholder views on Ofwat, including ways of working, satisfaction with Ofwat's performance and trust in Ofwat to deliver. Consider Ofwat's relationships with its stakeholders, including the strengths and weaknesses of these relationships, and identify areas for improvement. Understand stakeholder views on the sector as a whole and future challenges facing the sector.
