Community Services in Eastleigh Borough

In partnership with the Council, the successful provider will focus on delivering support and guidance to promote good governance, build capacity, especially in volunteering, and help organisations access external resources for the benefit of Eastleigh's residents. Bidders will be required to clearly demonstrate how they will respond effectively and efficiently to the community needs of Eastleigh Borough, promote sound training opportunities and support governance, and show forward-thinking strategies around developing the resilience of the voluntary sector in the context of diminishing local and national resources.

The Contract will be for a period from 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2026 with the option of extending for a further 1 year to 31 March 2027, depending on supplier performance/funding etc.

The anticipated service commencement date is 01 April 2024.
