Southlands School - Landscaping 2023

The Authority is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified contractor to carry out soft landscaping works and planting at Southlands School, Beach Road, North Shields, NE30 2QR. The commencement of works is anticipated to be October 2023 and tenderers should make note and ensure they are available to complete works during this time. A full specification can be found on the landscape plan and full Applications can only be accepted via the NEPO Portal, the link to the opportunity can be found further below any unregistered suppliers will be redirected to the registration page.\r SITE VISITS must be requested via the NEPO Portal messaging section as stated in the Preambles within the Specification Zip folder of the RFQ documents.\r Site Visits\r 1.12 We will be limiting access for visits to 2 persons per tenderer.\r 1.13 If you are interested in attending a site visit, please confirm via the portal and follow up by submitting a risk assessment and method statement (RAMS). When you submit your documents, you will be issued with a time and date of visit as well as site contact details.\r 1.14 The visiting bidding firm will be required to supply any and all necessary PPE for their own use in relation to the site risks and also taking account of the pandemic Site Operating Procedures.\r \r
