Executive and leadership Development Portal

Kensington and Chelsea are seeking to purchase a comprehensive learning internet based online portal for leaders and managers to support all employees in developing their leadership competence. As a Council we have over 2300 employees working in a wide range of disciplines including Housing, Environment and Communities, Customer services, Adult and Children service. We want our managers and senior leaders to understand and apply the latest theories when managing people who deliver complex services.
