Kensington and Chelsea are seeking to purchase a comprehensive learning internet based online portal for leaders and managers to support all employees in developing their leadership competence\. As a Council we have over 2300 employees working in a wide range of disciplines including Housing, Environment and Communities, Customer services, Adult and Children service\.
