Hull City Council has appointed Ridge and Partners LLP to undertake the topographical and utilities surveys at various locations across in Hull relating to the Hull District Heating Network project\. A mini-competition was carried out through the Engineering and Regeneration Professional Services Framework \(herein referred to as the ERPS Framework\), Lot 7\.
