## Description

In pursuance of the Council’s obligations as a waste collection and disposal authority the Council intends through a competitive tender to award a contracts for the provision of Treatment of Street Sweeping Waste\. Tenderers will be required to provide a Treatment Site for this waste for the duration of the Services\. It is planned that the Contract will commence on 18 April 2016 \(“the Commencement Date”\) and continue for a Term of 2 years, with a right for the Council to extend the Term on one or more occasions up to 17 April 2019\.
