To support the EDC to put in place a new stewardship solution for Ebbsfleet Garden City, the EDC is seeking the support of a specialist consultancy. The specific commission is to support the Corporation to implement the new Ebbsfleet Garden City Trust (EGCT). This will involve setting up the organisation and its governance, undertaking some early tasks on behalf of the Trust throughout its implementation period, working with stakeholders, and assisting with matters such as recruitment of its first permanent employees (expected by late 2022).
