## Description

The Authority is looking to procure 2 Service Providers to partner with to deliver repairs, maintenance, compliance and investment works to properties, broken down into two LOTS \(1: North and 2: South\) plus communal areas, community centres, boiler houses and garages\.The current housing stock of circa 20,500 dwellings is a mixture of low and medium rise accommodation, with a small amount of high rise stock\. These include both traditional and non-traditional forms of construction\. Around 450 of these properties are leased\.
