Bulk Liquid Storage Tanks used at Oil Refineries and Depots 2005 Rating List Litigation and Associated Work on Later Rating Lists

An expert witness is required in connection with outstanding 2005 Rating List appeals which may be listed shortly before the Valuation Tribunal and which may then be followed by an appeal to the Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber) (UT (LC)). The appellants are likely to rely on the outcome of UT(LC) litigation on Sem Logistics Milford Haven {2018} UKUT 0019 (LC) on an oil and petroleum products storage depot in which there are common issues.
