## Description

This is an award notice for a number of short term beds from different nursing homes within Shropshire this winter\. Referrals to contracted homes will be made by the Council and will relate primarily to adults being discharged from hospital\. Referrals may also be made with regard to hospital admission avoidance or to support wider winter pressures\. For all service users referred to the service there is an expected outcome of a return home\.
