OLDHAM CARE AT HOME, EXTRA CARE & SPECIALIST CARE AT HOME PURCHASING SYSTEM

Oldham Borough Council ("Authority") and NHS Oldham Clinical Commissioning Group ("NHS Oldham CCG") are working in collaboration under the banner of Oldham Cares and wish to consolidate arrangements for the provision of Oldham Care at Home, Extra Care and Specialist Care At Home Services by establishing a framework for the appointment of providers (and additional providers during the term of the framework) for the periodic placing of orders for these care services ("Flexible Purchasing System") ("FPS")). Oldham Council is acting as the Flexible Purchasing System manager and lead commissioner for Oldham Cares on behalf of itself and NHS Oldham CCG.
