TD1668 - Commercial Advisory Services

The Council has conducted a further competition via the Homes England Property Framework. A single organisation has been appointed as a commercial property advisor to support the delivery of key regeneration and growth projects in the city. The commission will require support and advice throughout the stages of project development and delivery to assess the feasibility and risk, develop delivery strategies and provide technical advice on delivery mechanisms such as Compulsory Purchase Orders (CPO), land purchase agreements and forward funding arrangements and associated commercial negotiations.
