Treasury Policy Adviser Graduate Attraction & Recruitment

HM Treasury ('the Authority') requires an end to end graduate recruitment service. This includes support for the Graduate Outreach programme to attract and recruit the required number of candidates to the standard and calibre specified by the Authority. Each year there is a need to recruit to fill vacancies in the department to ensure sufficient Policy Advisers are available to deliver the department's strategic policy objectives. The requirement is split between two Service Areas: • Service Area A: Marketing and Attraction; and • Service Area B: Recruitment.
