## Description

Swale Borough Council is inviting Expressions of Interest to tender for Supply and install modular toilet facility \(including base structure / foundation and drainage with cold water and electrical supplies\) complete with installation of all utility services required to offer a 'turn key' project\. The contract will commence on Monday, 18 May 2020 and terminate on Friday, 07 August 2020\. The tenderer/s who submit the Most Economically Advantageous Tender, \(MEAT\) will be awarded the contract\. The contract will involve Supply and install modular toilet facility \(including base structure / foundation and drainage with cold water and electrical supplies\) complete with installation of all utility services required to offer a 'turn key' project to be handed over at the end of the project to Swale Borough Council a fully functional toilet facility\. Expressions of Interest and Invitation to Tender \(I\.T\.T\.\) must be submitted / uploaded on the Council's e-tendering portal\. The closing date for submissions of Expressions of Interest and the closing date for the I\.T\.T\. will be 09/03/2020 at 12:00 noon\.
