## Description

The project is the construction of a stand alone single storey building to provide Integrated Resources \(IR\) provision at Newfield Secondary School\. The building will contain three learning spaces, two break out rooms, WCs, a kitchenette, cleaners store, plant room and circulation space\. The project will also include external works to the immediate vicinity of the new building\.
