GB-Kettering: Sandwich Prep Area Cooling

The current sandwich room chillers are not fit for purpose and need to be replaced with a food safety hygiene system that conforms to the current food safety regulations and that will maintain a consistent 6 degrees in all circumstances. The system is to be a dual system with automatic changeover and each condenser able to supply the demand need at any one given time.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
