## Description

Cornwall Workspace Capacity Programme \(CWCP\) includes 4 independent workspace projects spread across Cornwall in towns or key corridors \(A30/A38\) where workspace demand has been identified\. This contract is awarded under Cornwall Council's existing framework to provide project controls services for the 4 building projects, including overseeing their design and construction: - Cornwall Food & Drink Hub \(CF & DH\), - Liskeard Cattle Market, - Hayle Marine Renewable Business Park Ph2 \(HMRBP Ph2\), - Pool Innovation Centre 2 \(PIC 2\)\.
