## Description

In order to deliver the Contracting Authorities advanced therapies experimental medicine programme there is a requirement for construction of a new adeno-associated virus \(AAV\) viral vector GMP manufacturing unit and a new cell therapy unit to allow the manufacture of additional and broader range of cell therapy products, including embryonic stem cell derived products\.
