T0008 TSTR0011 Assessing the impact of road enhancements on creating new opportunities to realise social value

The Department for Transport is looking to set up a contract for the provision of services for research. This research is concerned with better understanding how we might appraise the impact of major road enhancements on creating new opportunities to realise social value. The consultant will scope how this evidence gap can be filled. This will feed into further work (which is not part of this project) on how to value these impacts.
