SLaM -Fitzmary Bathroom Refurbishments - ST21-P029

The Trust currently has a requirement for the refurbishment of two existing shared bathrooms (both within the occupied Fitzmary One ward) to create fully accessible DDA compliant bathrooms. The works include but not limited to:

- Strip out of existing sanitaryware and finishes - Supply of installation of new sanitaryware including all pipework connections, fitting and controls - All new decorations and finishes to walls and ceilings - Adaptations to the existing lighting and mechanical extract - All associated commissioning and NHS water hygenie works as specified on completion.
