## Description

Havant Borough Council \(the Council\) invites you to submit a bid \(called a "tender"\) for the Appointment of an external consultant to carry out a business engagement and retail audit commission for Havant Borough Council\. Havant Borough Council \(HBC\) has been awarded £112,000 to help re-open the high street safely through the Ministry of Housing and Local Government \(MHCLG\) programme, managed by Cities & Local Growth Unit \(CLGU\) and funded by the European Regional Development Fund\. The programme must start by 1st March 2021\. A third of that funding has been allocated for this retail consultant element of the wider project\.
