The facility must include essential diagnostics \(imagery and basic laboratory\), short term post-operative care and preparation of casualties for strategic aeromedical evacuation\. The capability must be ready to treat casualties within 60 mins of injury, 24/7, and be capable of providing limited hold \(single ventilated patient plus one non-ventilated patient\) for up to 24 hrs\.
