Residents' and Staff Surveys 2016

Undertaking a postal Residents' Survey and an online Staff Survey. The Service to be provided will include the gathering of views of local residents and employees, with the aim of providing insightful new forms of analysis and feedback to assist the Authority in identifying policy and practice changes.
