## Description

WMCA are seeking a consultant to undertake a systematic review of the operation of the Private Rented Sector \(PRS\) across the West Midlands Combined Authority Region with specific reference to how we might work with Local Authorities and landlords to maximise the positive impact of the sector on reducing homelessness and the risk of homelessness\.
