## Description

The University of Worcester is seeking a contractor for weekday cleaning of communal areas of its off-site managed accommodation properties\. This currently comprises of two properties in central Worcester \(WR1\) with a total 15 kitchens and communal areas\. There will also be a requirement for deep cleaning of these two properties and other University managed properties \(expected to be in range of 45-60\) on an annual basis and on an adhoc basis\.
