Contract with Social Progress Imperative under Contract Procedure Rule 8.3 as they are providing a unique service with access to their Social Progress Index Beta Version and building Leeds City Council capacity to deliver and maintain the model for Leeds. The Social Progress Index based on the internationally recognised Sustainable Development Goals as well as being capable of data granularity at a community and city level.
