## Description

This scheme consists of excavating sections of the existing grass to widen the carriageway and create additional parking spaces for the residents\. Excavation will consist of digging 450 - 850mm approx deep due to the height of the existing grass and replacing with 200mm of reinforced concrete, 100mm type 1 stone, 150mm capping, mesh reinforcement and terram\. Further widening works to the carriageway will be undertaken in certain areas where the grass has been over-run by vehicles\. Concrete carriageway repairs will be carried out to areas that have been identified as been in a bad state\. To finish, there will be top-soiling and grass seeding carried out to the perimeter of the works\.
